Cookies and privacy choices
Cookies and similar technologies support the operation of the website and may support analytics, personalization and advertising. Our Shopify cookie banner is configured to request consent before nonessential analytics, personalization or advertising cookies in all regions. Amazon and external links
Links to Amazon lead to a separate website. Information you provide when shopping on Amazon is handled under the notices and terms shown there. This notice covers this website and inquiries to us; it does not replace Amazon’s privacy notice. If you provide Amazon order information in a support inquiry to us, we use it to respond to that inquiry.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers in countries other than where you live. The store’s data hosting is currently set to the United States. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights and security. Where applicable, processing and transfers are subject to the protections required by law and the service providers’ terms.
Retention and security
Routine customer inquiries will be deleted or anonymized 12 months after the inquiry is closed, unless a longer period is needed for a legal obligation, dispute, or security issue. No security measure can guarantee perfect security. Avoid sending sensitive information by ordinary email.
Rights and requests
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, and to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Contact management@nexalorbrands.com about information handled by NEXALOR LLC. We may need information to verify a request. Shopify’s privacy portal covers requests about its own processing. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If you disagree with our response, contact us at the same email address to request a review. You may also contact the regulator responsible for privacy matters where you live. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
